Biography
Matt oversees investor relations, financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax and treasury, and audit, ensuring disciplined allocation of capital and continuous improvement through the Danaher Business System.
Timeline
Since joining Danaher in 2013, Matt has held several key finance leadership roles, including Vice President, Investor Relations, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Group Chief Financial Officer for the Life Sciences Innovations Group.
In these roles, he helped shape Danaher’s financial strategy and portfolio evolution while strengthening our engagement with the investment community.
Before Danaher, Matt served as Vice President, Equity Research at Barclays and Morgan Stanley, and began his career at KPMG in Audit and Transaction Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
