Biography

Heathre is an enterprise-focused leader who understands that business performance starts with people. She brings together talent, culture, leadership and the Danaher Business System to build organizational capability, accelerate innovation and help teams deliver on Danaher's mission.

Timeline

Heathre was most recently Group Vice President, Human Resources for the Diagnostics business segment and has been with Danaher since 2013, holding successive HR leadership roles across the Water Quality Platform, Hach, ChemTreat and Thomson Industries. 

Across these roles, she has built a reputation for connecting people strategy to business priorities, developing leadership talent and building scalable HR capability across complex businesses. Earlier in her career, she led HR for the test and measurement division of ESCO Technologies, Inc.
