The call will be simultaneously web cast via Danaher’s website at www.danaher.com with an accompanying slide presentation.
Danaher’s earnings press release for the fourth quarter and year-end 2007 will be available prior to the call on Danaher’s website beginning at 6:00 a.m. EST.
