Larry Culp, President and CEO

Mr. Culp has been President and CEO of Danaher since May 2001. During his tenure as CEO, Danaher has established leadership positions in the Medical Technologies and Product Identification markets while more than doubling total revenues to nearly $11B.

Mr. Culp began his Danaher career in 1990 at Veeder-Root where he became President in 1993. He subsequently became a Group Executive and Corporate Officer in 1995 where he had primary leadership responsibility for Danaher's Environmental and Electronic Test businesses. In 1999 he was appointed Executive Vice President and became Chief Operating Officer in 2000. Throughout his Danaher career, he has played a key role in the development and application of the Danaher Business System.

Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Culp held positions with Accenture. Mr. Culp is a member of the Board of Directors for GlaxoSmithKline, plc. and on the Board of Visitors and Governors for Washington College.

Mr. Culp earned his B.A. from Washington College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dan Comas, Chief Finanial Officer

Mr. Comas became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2005. Mr. Comas joined Danaher in 1991 in the Corporate Development organization. In 1996, he was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development, responsible for Danaher’s merger and acquisition activities, and in 1999 was given additional responsibility for the corporate treasury function. In April 2004, Dan was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development, and assumed further responsibility for legal services and corporate risk management.

Mr. Comas received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Georgetown University and his MBA from Stanford University.

Tom Joyce , Executive Vice President

Mr. Joyce was appointed Executive Vice President in 2006. Mr. Joyce began his career at Danaher in 1989 as a Project Manager in the Danaher Tool Group. In 1995, Mr. Joyce became President of Delta Consolidated Industries, a Danaher Company based in Raleigh, NC; and in 2001, Mr. Joyce became President of Hach/Lange. He was appointed Group Executive in 2002 with responsibility for Water Quality.

Mr. Joyce earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Phil Knisely , Executive Vice President

Mr. Knisely was appointed Executive Vice President in June 2000. Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Knisely served as President, Co-Founder and CEO of Colfax Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturing company, a role he held since 1995.

Mr. Knisely received his MBA from The University of Virginia, and a BSIE from General Motors Institute.

Jim Lico , Executive Vice President

In September 2005, Mr. Lico was appointed Executive Vice President. Mr. Lico joined Danaher in 1996 as Vice President, Operations of Veeder-Root in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Mr. Lico was appointed President of Fluke in 2000, and in 2002 was appointed Group Executive of Electronic Test & Measurement. In addition to his Group role, Mr. Lico assumed leadership responsibility for the DBS office in 2004 until his appointment as Executive Vice President.

Prior to Danaher, Mr. Lico held increasing responsible positions in manufacturing with both General Motors Corporation and AlliedSignal, Inc.

Mr. Lico holds a BS degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Management from Northwestern University.

Steve Simms , Executive Vice President

In 1999, Mr. Simms was appointed Executive Vice President. Mr. Simms joined Danaher in March 1996 as Corporate Vice President & Group Executive, with responsibility for the Danaher Tool Group, Matco Tools, and Hennessy Industries.

Mr. Simms received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Steve Breitzka, Vice President and Group Executive Danaher Tool Group

Mr. Breitzka came to Danaher with the acquisition of Pacific Scientific Corporation in 1998 progressing through several key leadership roles including President of Pacific Scientific Aerospace and President of Fisher Pierce. In 2000 he joined Gems Sensors and served as their President until 2004 when he was promoted to President, Danaher Sensors and Controls. In September 2006 he was appointed Group Executive and Corporate Officer. In April 2007 Steve was appointed Group Executive for the Danaher Tool Group and in July 2007, assumed additional responsibility for Jacobs Chuck Manufacturing Company.

Mr. Breitzka earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rockford College.

Dan Daniel, Vice President and Group Executive Danaher Motion

Mr. Daniel has served as Vice President and Group Executive since July, 2006 with responsibility for the Danaher Motion Control platform of businesses as well as Jacobs Vehicle Systems. Prior to Danaher, Mr. Daniel spent 19 years with ArvinMeritor serving in a variety of positions including the role of President, Light Vehicle Aftermarket from 1999 to 2006.

Mr. Daniel earned his B.A. from DePauw University and his MBA from The Darden School at The University of Virginia, where he serves as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board.

Jon Clark, President Hach Lange Companies

In 2002, Mr. Clark joined Danaher as the Vice President of Global Marketing for Hach Company in Loveland, CO. In August of 2005, as part of his general management career path, he transitioned to a manufacturing position as Operations Manager in order to broaden his knowledge and experience in manufacturing and the Danaher Business System. In 2006, Mr. Clark was named President, Hach Americas and Asia. In 2007, he was named to his current position as President, Hach Lange with responsibility for the Hach, Hach Lange, Lachat, OTT, Hydrolab, and Sigma product lines worldwide.

Prior to Danaher, Mr. Clark held increasingly responsible positions with Newell Company, Black and Decker, Teledyne and Ingersoll Rand.

Mr. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo- Buffalo, NY in 1982.

Barbara Hulit, Vice President and Group Executive Fluke Corporation

Ms. Hulit joined Fluke in June 2005 as President of the Fluke Corporation. Prior to joining Fluke, Ms. Hulit was Vice President and Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she lead the firm's global packaged goods sector and consumer and retail practice in the US. She joined BCG in 1992, focusing on strategy and business development, rising from consultant to partner in six years.

Prior to joining BCG, Ms. Hulit also served in sales and marketing roles with Noxell Corporation, Frito Lay and Marketing Corporation of America.

Ms. Hulit earned her MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas – Austin.

Craig Purse, Vice President and Group Executive Product Identification

Mr. Purse became President of Videojet in January 2002. In November 2003, he was appointed Group Executive Product Identification. Mr. Purse joined Danaher through the acquisition of Dynapar Corporation in 1986 as Controller and became Vice President of Marketing for Danaher Controls in October 1992. In February 1996, he was appointed President of Anderson Instrument Company and in February 1998 he assumed additional responsibility as President of Partlow/West Corporation. In March 2000, Mr. Purse became President of the Danaher Controls Group.

Mr. Purse earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin, and his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Martin Gafinowitz, President Gilbarco Veeder-Root

Mr. Gafinowitz was appointed President of both Gilbarco and The Veeder-Root Company in 2006, having previously served as President of Gilbarco since November 2005, and President of Gilbarco North America and Global Strategy since April 2003.

Prior to joining Gilbarco, Mr. Gafinowitz was Vice President and General Manager of Veeder-Root from February 2002 to April 2003. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Veeder-Root from 2000 to 2002. Before that, Martin had been Director of Sales and Marketing Europe/Asia based in the UK, joining Veeder-Root in 1992.

Martin has a Bachelors degree from the University of Witwatersand in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a focus on Business Economics and Commercial Law. He also has an Honors degree from the University of South Africa.

Peter Kurstein, President Radiometer

Mr. Kurstein began his career at Danaher following the acquisition of Radiometer in 2004. He has served as President of Radiometer since 1987. Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Kurstein has held increasingly responsible positions at Pfizer, Inc., in New York and Shiley, Inc. in California.

Mr. Kurstein earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981. He is a member of the boards of Foss A/S, H. Lundbeck A/S, and Danish-American Business Forum.

Andy Wilson, Vice President, Investor Relations

In March 2003, Mr. Wilson was appointed Vice President Investor Relations. Mr. Wilson joined Danaher in 1997 as Vice President, Finance, for the Instrument and Control Group. Subsequently he was appointed Vice President of Finance for the Motion Control Group, assuming this role with the Group's inception in August 2000. From 2002 until 2003, Mr. Wilson was Vice President, Business Development for a diverse group of Danaher businesses including Motion Control and Product Identification.

Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Wilson held progressively responsible assignments in both public accounting and private sector financial assignments with AlliedSignal, PepsiCo and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Wilson received his B.B.A in Accounting from Baylor University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
