The Remarkable “Experience Gendex” Campaign
Team Gendex is hitting the road with new, innovative products and invites the dental public to come along for the ride! The company has always driven innovation in dental imaging, but now they are literally “driving innovation” with a 45-foot motorcoach filled with the latest in Gendex dental imaging technology in the very first North American Dental Imaging Tour.
Inside, the mobile showroom presents products in a realistic atmosphere so doctors can handle Gendex imaging systems in familiar surroundings. Filippo Impieri, Marketing Director, explains, “One of the big strengths of Gendex is our wide range of dental imaging solutions—from intraoral to extraoral, and the bus allows us to show how the technology can be integrated into the dental office. Dentists can see, realistically, how Gendex imaging can be incorporated into the operatory.”
“Every stop is unique and has a different audience,” Impieri continues. “This tour is about local events and also reaching out to entire dental community across the nation using the Internet, social media, and the Experience Gendex website.” The bus has been displayed in some of the industry’s major tradeshows, and even featured a Flash Mob that was the first event of this kind at the Greater New York Dental Meeting.
From dental teams to dealer partners, reaction to the Tour has been phenomenal. Those who have climbed aboard the bus have been exhilarated by the experience, and with the every-growing number of followers on Facebook, the company engages and delights its online fans with the campaign in a unique virtual way.
