RECRUITING PROCESS

Danaher Corporation recruits talented candidates for full-time, entry-level positions and co- op/internship positions from targeted universities each year. Students are encouraged to apply for interviews through their Career Services office. Our recruiting teams will conduct company presentations and first-round interviews at selected campuses. To see when Danaher is visiting your campus, please check our Events Calendar or contact career services at your university. The following are key steps in our recruiting process:

  • Participation and interaction with talented candidates at targeted Career Fairs
  • Interaction with various organizations and clubs on campus
  • Information sessions, typically the night before interview
  • On-campus interviews, typically range from 30 to 60 minutes
  • Candidates will be notified within 2 weeks concerning next steps
  • Selected candidates will participate in second-round interviews at a Danaher business site
  • Based on second-round interviews, offers extended to top candidates.
